Welcome to Tranquility... for you Massage Therapy! If you are a new client, please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early to your first appointment to complete a few simple forms. If you'd like, you may download those forms here, and bring them with you completed. If you should find that you have any questions about the content of the forms, please contact us at (651) 686-5671, or bring the partially completed form with to your first appointment.
